How it works
With AJYGO, plan your journey, check available options and find your ride details in the app.
1. Enter your route
Enter your pickup address and destination. Choose a ride for now or book in advance, subject to availability in your area.
2. Choose your booking option
Check the available services and the proposed fare for your journey.
With AJYGO Offer, you can suggest your own price to drivers. Your request is subject to acceptance by a driver.
3. Meet your driver
Once your booking is confirmed and a driver has been assigned, check their details and vehicle information. Track their arrival in the app and meet them at the indicated pickup point.
4. Confirm the start of your ride
Before boarding, check that the vehicle and driver match your booking details. Then give your driver the ride confirmation code displayed in the app.
5. Arrive at your destination
At the end of your ride, find your trip details and invoice in the app. Contact our team if you have any questions.
