AJYGO is a ground transportation service operated by AJYGO OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with its head office in Tallinn. We organise city rides and airport transfers carried out by professional chauffeurs, in multiple cities worldwide. Travellers book through our app or on ajygo.com, see their price before confirming, and follow their chauffeur in real time from pickup to arrival.

Ground transport is often the weakest link in a journey. A fare that climbs in traffic. A driver who cannot be reached. A pickup missed because a flight landed earlier than planned. These are not rare incidents — they are the normal experience of travelling in a city you do not know, in a language you may not speak, after a flight that has already tired you.

We built AJYGO around a simple conviction: a ride should feel premium without being complicated. That means a price agreed before departure rather than discovered on arrival. A chauffeur whose name and vehicle you know in advance. A journey you can follow, and an invoice that arrives on its own.

You can book in advance or for right now, and in both cases at a fixed price: you choose your pickup point, your destination and your vehicle class, and the fare is shown in full before you confirm. It is calculated from distance and vehicle type, not from demand. Alongside this, the AJYGO Offer category lets you suggest your own price — a chauffeur can accept it or reply with a counter-offer, and you decide whether to go ahead. AJYGO Offer is available in the app only, and for immediate rides only.

Every chauffeur working with AJYGO is checked before their first ride: identity, licence, and the authorisations required in their market. You receive your chauffeur's details and vehicle before arrival, each ride starts with a code shared only between you and your chauffeur, and our team is reachable before, during and after your ride.

For chauffeurs and fleet operators, AJYGO is a business tool: ride allocation, transparent earnings, and everything needed to run an activity from a single app. Independent chauffeurs and established fleets both work with us as partners — we bring the bookings, the technology and the support, and you keep running your own business.

Hotels, travel agencies, airlines, tour operators and corporate teams work with AJYGO to offer reliable ground transport without operating a fleet of their own. A hotel can install an AJYGO Kiosk in its lobby, so a guest books a ride from a dedicated screen without downloading anything. A travel agency can book and manage its clients' transfers from a partner dashboard. An online travel platform or an airline can connect directly to our API and offer ground transport inside its own booking flow. Billing can be centralised and reporting is shared.
